Refund & Return Policy
At Credit The Creator, LLC Apparel and Gifts, all products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is custom-produced just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
- Color variations due to screen display differences
We do make it right if something goes wrong on our end.
If your order arrives with any of the following issues, please contact us within 30 days of delivery:
- Defective or damaged item
- Incorrect item received
- Significant print quality issue
To submit a claim, email us at info@creditthecreator.biz with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will offer a free reprint or full refund depending on the situation.
Lost or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. Please contact your local carrier for assistance.
