Processing Time Since all products are made to order, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. This is in addition to shipping transit time.
Shipping Times (Estimates)
- United States: 7–10 business days after production
- International: 10–20 business days after production
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier volume, weather, or customs are outside our control.
Shipping Costs
- United States: Free standard shipping on all orders (update if this changes)
- International: Flat rate shipping — calculated at checkout
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties (International Orders) International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are outside our control.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@creditthecreator.biz and we will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate.
Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
